BioPurchase Process
1. Leave a comment with item name and email address.
2. Wait for us to issue an invoice to confirm your order.
3. Upon confirmation, transfer funds into designated account stated.
4. After which, email us your relevant details for us to verify payment.
5. When payment is verified, we will mail the items out as soon as possible.
Payment
1. ATM or iBanking transfers only.
2. Concealed cash is strictly not allowed.
3. Prices are exclusive of postage unless otherwise stated.
4. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
5. Do NOT transfer funds before invoice is issued to you.
6. Payment must be made within 24hours.
Postage
1. Postage prices are as follows:
- Normal: $1.50 per top/dress, $2.50 per bag
- Registered: An additional $2.24 on top of normal postage.
2. Postage prices may vary and will be revised accordingly.
3. Please allow 3 working days for items to be mailed out.
4. Items will take a maximum of 7 working days to reach.
5. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mails.
